Meet Arun Pandala
Yoga Acharya • Teaching for 30 years
Arun Pandala is one of India’s senior-most Sivananda Yoga teachers. Practicing since 1992 and teaching for over three decades, he co-founded Sivananda Yoga Centre, Gurgaon—one of the world’s largest Sivananda-style programmes—bringing yoga to 50,000+ people in Gurgaon and 500,000+ globally through online teaching. His vision is a disease and pain free planet, with yoga showing the way.
A short introduction
From healing his own severe back pain to guiding thousands toward health and clarity, Arun teaches with compassion, common sense, and humour—making ancient yoga practical for modern life.
The Practice

An authentic, traditional yoga practice designed for modern life—reducing stress, building harmony and balance, and improving physical and mental well-being.
The programme includes Asana, Pranayama and Meditation courses, advanced asana classes, and focused workshops—from Surya Namaskar and inversions to stress relief, chronic pain support, and special needs (pregnancy, children, teenagers, and seniors).
